monthly financial statement preparation for Homeowners' Associations. These
financial statements are prepared on an accrual basis using a fund accounting
presentation style.
YEAR-END COMPILATIONS AND REVIEWS: We
provide the required year-end Review or Compilation of your Homeowners' Association's
financial statements. These financial statements meet the reporting
requirements set out in the AICPA's Industry Audit Guide for Common Interest
Realty Association.
TAX RETURN PREPARATION: We will
prepare the annual federal and state income tax returns for your Association.
